Alex IT Bot features

The bot works in a private Telegram chat. Type commands or pick them from the /help menu. The bot replies in Russian.

Weather and air

Almaty forecast for today and the next 7 days, hourly details and air quality from two independent sources.

Commands: /weather /air /sources

Alerts and morning digest

Alerts about wind, precipitation, thunderstorms, heat, frost and polluted air, earthquake alerts for the Almaty region and a morning digest at 09:00. Quiet hours are supported. Alerts are informational, not an official warning system.

Commands: /safety_on /earthquake_on /morning

Reminders and notes

One-time and recurring reminders in plain language. Notes can be typed or dictated as a voice message — the bot transcribes the speech and saves the text.

Commands: /remind /tasks /note /notes

Server watchdog

For the administrator

Checks websites and servers every minute, sends “down” and “back up” notifications and explains logs with AI. The bot only observes and never runs anything on the servers.

Commands: /add /remove /status

AI assistant

Answers questions in plain text and suggests the right bot command. If the main model is overloaded, it switches to a backup one.

Commands: /ai_clear

The server watchdog is available to the bot owner. The same monitoring for your servers can be ordered through a request.
